MOBILE PET

CareImaging LP (CARE) introduced the first Positron Emission Tomography (PET) clinic in Ontario in 2004 and now in 2006 is delighted to debut the 1st Mobile PET clinic in Canada.

The Mobile PET offers a unique way of bringing life-saving PET technology to cancer patients anywhere in Canada. The Mobile PET is a travelling clinic with lab, control room and PET camera all within a self-contained trailer that can be set up and operated in any location. Now, areas where no PET program exists can begin to offer patients access to PET technology.

CARE believes every Canadian should have access to PET regardless of their ability to travel to our Mississauga PET Scan Clinic.
